Naturescape in Peoria, IL is seeking a Regional Manager to lead multiple branches for sustained growth within a stable, family-owned lawn and landscape care company. The role centers on guiding branch managers, coaching staff, and ensuring high performance across locations.

You will inspect operations, implement improvements, and drive customer satisfaction while working within a supportive team environment. This is a full-time on-site role with paid training and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Motivated with a desire to learn.
• Previous management, supervisory, or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple branches to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and supervise branch managers, and guide staff to improve productivity.
• Visit branches regularly and monitor metrics to drive improvements.
