Job summary

Phasor Engineering LLC is seeking a Senior-level Professional Land Surveyor and Project Manager for permanent work across the western United States. The role blends field leadership with regional project management on large-scale engineering projects using advanced geomatics technology.

The ideal candidate holds a Colorado PLS license and is willing to obtain additional state licenses, which Phasor will fund. A hybrid/remote arrangement is possible, with travel within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in CO or eligible for CO licensure.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project execution as Project/Regional Manager.
• Establish client/stakeholder communication protocols and change management processes.
• Oversee project financials, cost controls, and periodic risk reviews.
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and Phasor personnel across locations.
• Lead shift schedules, mobilization, and crew allocation for field teams.
• Support growth and advancement opportunities within the Western US.
