HM Solutions Inc is seeking an Area Manager to oversee onsite janitorial supervisors across multiple client locations in a travel-heavy, fast-paced environment. The role focuses on staff leadership, service quality, and budget-conscious management while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will recruit, train, and evaluate personnel and maintain supplies to meet client expectations. Extensive travel is required to supervise operations, interface with customers, and oversee teams across

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience cleaning commercial, industrial and office spaces.
• 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to engage in hands-on work when team is short-staffed or behind schedule.
• Strong ability to use applicable software systems and navigate a smartphone and laptop.

Mansioni

• Manage and direct onsite janitorial supervisors and team members daily activities at various onsite client locations.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and evaluate the performance of personnel.
• Routinely inspects quality of service delivery.
• Proactive customer communication, recommending additional services as needed.
• Prompt response to customer requests, projects, or complaints to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Frequent travel, including periodic extended or overnight travel, is necessary to observe operations or meet with team members or customers.
• Maintain inventory of supplies to avoid disruption of service.
• Evaluate, on a regular basis, the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
• Manage accounts according to budgetary requirements.
• Ensure team operates in compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, safety guidelines, and best practices.
• Ensure efficiency of the work team and adjust as necessary based on individual strengths.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
