The Budd Group is seeking an ambitious Regional Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee operations within the Charleston County School District in the West Ashley area. This full-time role requires leadership of ~5 Account Managers and ~250 frontline staff across about 20 educational facilities, with travel around 40% locally.

You will drive profitability, manage multi-site budgets, ensure contract compliance, and lead safety initiatives.

• Team Development: Directly lead, mentor, and accountability-manage 5 Account Managers overseeing ~250 frontline team members.

• Budget & Financial Oversight: Drive profitability, control labor and supply costs, and manage multi-site operating budgets.

• Client Relations & Quality Control: Perform routine site inspections, ensure strict contract compliance, and build lasting client partnerships.

• Safety & Operations: Serve as the regional safety champion, ensuring site-specific safety training, compliance, and equipment maintenance.

• 24/7 Responsiveness: Provide operational guidance and emergency escalation support across all operating shifts.

What You Bring To The Team as a Regional Janitorial Manager

• 2 to 5 years of progressive management experience in facilities management, commercial cleaning, or B2B service industries.

• Four-year college degree or equivalent technical/work experience.

• Demonstrated track record of developing frontline managers and driving team engagement.

• Financial acumen with experience managing operational budgets and labor metrics.

• Professional communication skills, strong presentation skills, and a commitment to high-visibility leadership.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
