Job summary

The Budd Group is hiring for a Flex Team Custodian in Charleston, SC. You will travel between local schools, providing cleaning and maintenance support to keep facilities clean, safe, and healthy. This is a full-time, on-site role with an emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Flex between school locations to provide support wherever needed.
• Perform general cleaning, trash removal, restocking, and floor care at assigned sites.
• Travel weekly or daily between designated Charleston area schools using your own transportation.
• Ensure all sites meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Pay: $20.00 / hour

Location: Savannah Highway, Charleston, SC 29407 (On-site / Traveling across Charleston area schools)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You’ll Do

As a Flex Team Custodian, you are key to keeping our Charleston area schools safe, clean, and healthy! You will flex between school locations filling in wherever extra support is needed.

Serve as a versatile janitor and mobile cleaner, supporting school facilities with general cleaning, trash removal, restocking, and floor care.

Travel weekly and or daily between designated local school sites in the Charleston area using your reliable transportation.

Ensure all assigned school sites meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
