Job summary

Delavan Holdings in Wisconsin is seeking an IT Specialist to provide both onsite and remote support for our Walworth County dealerships, based out of Delavan, WI. This field-based role involves occasional overnight travel and may use a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; manage Help Desk tickets; deploy IT assets; configure network devices and security systems; and collaborate with regional IT leadership to keep our dealership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably across multiple sites.
• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Broad knowledge of IT systems (hardware, networking, security, software, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues (wired and wireless).
• Manage and resolve Help Desk tickets in a timely, professional manner.
• Deploy and maintain IT assets, workstations, and infrastructure hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain network devices, firewalls, antivirus, and security systems.
• Perform system upgrades and software installations.
• Collaborate with end users, other IT Specialists, and regional IT leadership.
• Occasional out-of-town travel for specialized projects (maybe a few times per year).

We are currently seeking an IT Specialist to provide both onsite and remote support for our Walworth County dealerships, based out of our Delavan, WI location. This position is field-based and will use a combination of a company-issued vehicle or reimbursed mileage if a personal vehicle is used. Some overnight travel – a few days a year at most.
