Job summary

Quantum Services is seeking an Inventory Associate in Cincinnati, OH to conduct precise physical stock counts inside convenience stores and retail locations. You will use handheld devices, audit inventory, identify variances, and report outcomes to store management.

Training starts Day 1 and no prior inventory experience is required. Shifts run Monday to Friday with early starts from 6:00–7:00 AM, totaling about 36–42 hours weekly, with paid travel within a 2-hour regional radius.

Qualifications

• Must pass standard background and driving record checks.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cold storage.
• Reliability for early morning starts and team execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise physical stock counts and asset audits using handheld devices.
• Audit inventory across sales floors, backrooms, and walk-in coolers/freezers.
• Identify variances, reconcile data, and deliver daily reports to store management.
• Travel and carpool daily with team members on regional routes.
