Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Internal Flows Manager for the Americas in Greer, SC. You will design and optimize internal logistics flows, lead transformation workshops, and deploy standardized best practices across plants to boost efficiency and safety.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain, 10+ years in internal logistics, and strong leadership with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
• 10+ years in internal logistics management in automotive/manufacturing.
• Proven hands-on experience in designing internal flows and leading transformation workshops.
• Expertise in Lean tools, Value Stream Mapping, and material/information flow design.
• Intralogistics flows optimization in industrial environments.
• Knowledge of AGVs, AMRs, conveyors, and robotics.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage change in a matrix organization.
• Clear, structured communication across diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Support program teams to design optimal internal logistics flows and layouts.
• Lead VSM/MIFA/PFEP workshops and develop transformation plans.
• Deploy best-in-class intralogistics strategies across plants.
• Organize benchmarking to identify innovative intralogistics practices.
• Deliver training and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
