Job summary

OPmobility in Troy, Michigan, seeks a Senior Internal Logistics Leader to design and transform internal flows and equipment, including automation where relevant, to boost competitiveness on RFQ and serial life.

Lead VSM, PFEP, MIFA workshops, and develop data-driven plant layouts and flow transformation plans across sites. Strong leadership, Lean expertise, and fluent English are essential for success in a matrix, international environment.

Qualifications

Master’s degree (Engineering and/or Supply Chain).
10+ years in internal logistics management / industrial operations in automotive or manufacturing.
Hands-on in designing internal flows and lean transformation workshops internationally.
Strong leadership to influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize internal flows, layouts, and equipment, including automation when relevant.
Lead VSM / PFEP / MIFA workshops and develop data-driven plant transformation plans.
Support program teams for quotations and project phases with optimal flow concepts.
Develop and share intralogistics standards and best practices across plants.
Deliver training and drive continuous improvement in internal logistics.
