Job summary

Sun Chemical Corporation in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Regional Inplant Support Representative (RISR) to perform inplant operations, including color matching, blending, and production. You will support site manufacturing, manage inventory and reports, and liaise between Sun Chemical and customers on a regional level.

The role requires strong color vision, inplant experience, and the ability to travel up to 70% with overnight stays. Non-exempt, day shift with variable business hours is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Inplant work experience required.
• Must have good color vision and be able to match colors in various ink systems.
• Must have good customer presence and ability to work in various manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide inplant manufacturing support including batch production and color matching.
• Manage inventory, formulas, and site-specific reporting.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE usage; SDS management.
• Log field activity and prepare technical reports in CRM.
