Job summary

Missouri Department of Conservation in Missouri seeks a Regional Infrastructure Maintenance Supervisor to lead and direct staff across a 17-county region. You will ensure compliance with policies, develop maintenance plans, and oversee budgets while supervising infrastructure leads and contracts.

The role requires strong project management, budgeting, and supervisory experience, with CMAA or similar certifications preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, public administration, or closely related field required.
  • 5-8 years related work experience required; 8 years desired.
  • Three (3) years supervisory work experience required; 5-8 years desired.
  • CMAA certification desired.
  • Project management certification (Lean, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management) desired.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, direction, technical expertise, and management of staff allocations for multi-purpose infrastructure maintenance across a 17-county region.
  • Review inspection reports to schedule maintenance and repairs; address highest priority needs.
  • Manage project budgets, ensure policy compliance, set work priorities; oversee cost controls and invoices.
  • Lead development of scopes of work for infrastructure maintenance and repair projects.
  • Prepare and manage in-house project maintenance execution plans; coordinate meetings and ensure close-out requirements.
  • Document all maintenance/repair work and analyze infrastructure data to implement programs.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure Management Branch to develop large-scale regional projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
