Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and understand control systems and power flow.

• Solid documentation, reporting, and record-keeping abilities.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and asset-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Transport, inspect, and maintain equipment, including low-voltage systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control-system issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, upgrades, and equipment repairs.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports, asset records, and project tracking.
• Operate shop equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, tools) safely and maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide technical support to field and shop teams and recommend equipment solutions.
• Cross-train on various control platforms and adapt to new software, firmware, and equipment.
• Ensure all equipment meets safety and quality assurance standards.
• Support continuous improvement and collaborate with other departments as needed.
