Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to perform maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment in telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites, primarily in the Des Moines, Iowa area. Candidates must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified and have at least 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance. This role involves travel, occasional after-hours work, and an independent work structure, with a competitive hourly rate of $30.00-$38.00 based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance, preferably commercial.
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency service.
