Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians based in the San Jose, California area to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment at Cell Tower locations. The role requires strong communication skills and a Level 2 or Universal EPA certification, with 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience preferred. Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems – troubleshooting, repairing, or installing components.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
