Accela Healthcare is seeking a Regional Commercial HVAC Specialist to support multiple facilities across New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area. The role focuses on maintaining critical HVAC systems to ensure resident comfort and facility safety.

You will inspect, repair, and service RTUs, split systems, and related equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to after-hours calls, collaborating with regional leadership to uphold safety and compliance standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Experience servicing RTUs, split systems, package units, air handlers, heat pumps, chillers (preferred), exhaust and make-up air systems.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to climb ladders and work safely at heights.
• Ability to participate in emergency and after-hours service calls when necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities.
• Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, air handlers, heat pumps, exhaust systems, and make-up air units.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance.
• Respond to emergency HVAC service calls as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Work closely with Regional Maintenance Directors and facility leadership.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable safety regulations.
