Job summary

Accela Healthcare is seeking a skilled Corporate HVAC Technician to maintain critical HVAC systems across multiple facilities in New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area.

You will diagnose, repair, and service RTUs, package units, air handlers, heat pumps, and related systems, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance while coordinating with Regional Maintenance Directors and facility leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to climb ladders and work safely at heights.
• Ability to participate in emergency and after-hours service calls when necessary.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities.
• Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, air handlers, heat pumps, exhaust systems, and make-up air units.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance.
• Respond to emergency HVAC service calls as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Work closely with Regional Maintenance Directors and facility leadership.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable safety regulations.

Corporate HVAC Technician

Accela Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate HVAC Technician to join our team! As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for maintaining critical HVAC systems across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area. • Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, air handlers, heat pumps, exhaust systems, and make-up air units
