POSITION SUMMARY
WIS is seeking a skilled Human Resources Leader to become our HR Manager for the North America (NAM) Region. The HR Manager serves as a strategic advisor to leadership and a trusted resource for employees across the region. This role is responsible for effective collaboration at all organizational levels and close partnership with other HR functions to address people-related challenges, develop practical solutions, and contribute to the planning, design, and execution of HR initiatives to ensure the delivery of effective and consistent HR services that drive business success. This is an on-site role based at WIS’s corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas, and includes some travel.
