Partner with the best

As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with the Labor and Employee Relations Centre of Excellence (L&ER CoE) to implement, adhere to, and execute operational strategy ensuring regulatory compliance at the local level. Your focus will be on delivering first-class customer service, partnering with the business to shape the people and cultural infrastructure needed to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving employee complaints, coordinating investigations with stakeholders, determining mitigation actions, and executing these in collaboration with the L&ER CoE.
  • Coaching managers through delivering and administering the PIP, and mediating when PIP outcomes are unsuccessful.
  • Acting as the HR focal point for external labor inspections and monitoring local labor and employment regulation changes.
  • Participating in key management discussions and providing HR input for strategic projects, regional planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Guiding regional employee movements, including promotions, salary adjustments, workforce, and succession planning.
  • Supporting HR diligence and integration initiatives during organizational transformation.
  • Evolving HR programs and practices across the region, including project management for HR initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Centers of Excellence on company-wide HR initiatives such as benefits platform rollouts.
  • Providing recommendations on regional HR policies aligned with local legislation and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for Tier expansion, updating HR manuals, and supporting escalated Tier 2 cases within SLAs.
  • Offering solutions to business challenges not currently covered by policy, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.

To succeed, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, or relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience or participation in programs like ASPIRE.
  • Employee relations experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management, assertiveness, collaboration, and people skills.
  • Analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A client-focused approach and ability to build relationships with business leaders.
