Job summary

Saia Inc. is seeking an experienced HR leader to serve as the primary human resources contact across regional areas. You will collaborate with management to formulate and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, oversee staff programs, and coach leaders on performance management.

The role emphasizes labor law compliance, employee relations, and cross-team HR standardization, with travel to regional facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive human resources management or generalist experience.
• Federal, state, and local employment law knowledge.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time.

Salary Range: $95,500.00 - $119,800.00 annually, based on experience. This position is bonus eligible.
