About the Role

Ashley Furniture Industries, theworld's largest furniture manufacturer, is seeking aRegional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)to serve as a strategic partner to operations leadership and employees across multiple locations within an assigned region.

This is ahigh-impact rolefor an experienced HR professional who wants to move beyond administrative HR and become atrusted strategic advisorto operations leaders, driving business performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across a dynamic, multi-location operation.

What You'll Do
Strategic Business Partnership
  • Serve as astrategic partner and trusted advisorto operations leadership across multiple locations
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and workforce stability
  • Partner with regional and site leadership teams to develop and executeworkforce plans and organizational strategies
  • LeverageHR metrics and business insightsto identify trends, assess organizational needs, and recommend solutions
  • Balanceemployee advocacy with business needswhile maintaining strong relationships at all levels
Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness
  • Provide guidance ontalent management, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Supportorganizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives
  • Partner with leaders to enhanceorganizational capabilityand build high-performing teams
  • Driveperformance managementprocesses and coach leaders on effective performance conversations
  • Support workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in the right roles at the right time
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Improveemployee relationsby partnering with leaders to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and build positive work environments
  • Driveemployee engagement initiativesand support regional retention strategies
  • Conduct investigations and provide guidance on complex employee relations matters
  • Coach leaders on effective communication, team development, and employee engagement strategies
Compliance & Policy Execution
  • Ensureconsistent application of company policies and employment practicesacross all regional locations
  • Ensure compliance with applicablefederal, state, and local employment laws
  • Provide guidance and training to leaders on HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Partner with Corporate HR and Legal on policy interpretation and risk mitigation
HR Process Excellence
  • Ensureconsistent execution of HR processesacross the region (performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Support implementation of HR programs, initiatives, and system enhancements
  • Maintain accurate HR data and reporting for the region
Collaboration & Regional Travel
  • Build strong relationships acrossmultiple locations and all levels of the organization
  • Frequent travel throughout the assigned regionto support sites, meet with leaders, and engage with employees
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and other HR functions
What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Bachelor's degreein Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, includingmulti-location or regional HRBP experience
  • Proven ability topartner strategically with operations leadersand influence at all levels
  • Strong knowledge offederal, state, and local employment laws
  • Experience withemployee relations, performance management, talent management, and workforce planning
  • Ability toanalyze HR metrics and business datato inform decisions and drive action
  • Strongbusiness acumenand ability to understand operational priorities and challenges
  • Excellentcommunication, consulting, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently(up to 50–75%) throughout assigned region
  • Proficiency withHRIS systems(UKG, Workday, ADP, or similar) andMicrosoft Office Suite
Preferred:
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
  • Experience inmanufacturing, retail, distribution, or multi-site operations environments
  • Experience supportinghigh-volume, hourly workforces
  • Experience withorganizational design, restructuring, or change management
  • Experience withM&A integration or site openings/closures
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred in some regions
