Job summary

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Outreach Office, university partners, and school communities to deliver equitable STEM opportunities and residential program services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or a related field.
• Five or more years of related experience in an educational environment.
• Experience developing and coordinating educational programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse communities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies with the Director of Downstate Programs to expand IMSA's impact.
• Collaborate with IMSA Admissions Office to recruit prospective students for the Aurora campus.
• Organize regional information sessions and family events to cultivate a diverse applicant pool.
• Identify needs of local educational agencies to tailor outreach programs.
• Promote IMSA programs and residential opportunities across the region.
