LRQA is seeking a Regional HSW Business Partner based in Houston (Hybrid) to deliver practical HSW services across the Americas. You’ll align regional leadership with LRQA’s HSW strategy, advise on compliance, and drive improvements in safety, health and wellbeing across a diverse client base.

You will monitor performance, support risk assessments and audits, manage incidents and near-misses, and collaborate with local leaders and safety representatives to strengthen governance and reporting for

Formación

• 3–5+ years of HSW experience.
• Experience in a professional services, consulting or matrix environment.
• Experience supporting HSW compliance across multiple countries in the Americas.
• Experience managing health and safety operations remotely via local leaders.
• Experience with incident reporting, auditing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and champion LRQA’s HSW vision and strategy across the Americas.
• Advise regional leadership on HSW compliance matters.
• Monitor HSW performance, incidents, training, and wellbeing.
• Support risk assessments, audits and management system updates.
• Lead or contribute to regional HSW improvement projects.
• Ensure proper reporting and investigation of incidents and near misses.
• Provide data for governance, reporting, bids and tenders.
