Job summary

Aureos Capital is seeking a proactive HSQE Advisor to support multiple projects across the region from its Andover site. You will conduct audits, inspections, and RAMS reviews, driving safe practices and ensuring compliance with Aureos standards.

Onsite presence is required, with collaboration across site teams, management, and clients. The role requires NEBOSH Construction Level 3–6, IOSH, IEMA qualifications, strong incident investigation skills, and IT literacy to manage documentation in the

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Construction Level 3–6 or equivalent.
• IOSH Membership required.
• IEMA Practitioner or above.
• Mental Health First Aider.
• First Aid Trained.
• Driving Licence.
• Report writing.
• Incident investigation.
• IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 general site audits per week with NCRs closed out.
• Minimum 3 targeted inspections per week with NCRs raised.
• Contribute with actions and maintain on-site records.
• Weekly diary report to the HSQE manager before close of play Friday.
• Plan site visits and HSQE activity in the Outlook diary and share with the HSQE team.
• Record inspections in Pro Sapien and provide on-site feedback before leaving.
• Lead RAMS reviews and document reviews through formal forms.
• Attend weekly catch‑ups with the Advisor and Senior PM for planning.
• Promote Aureos standards and a positive HSQE culture.
