Job summary

REIC Rentals is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental excellence across 10-15 locations and customer sites within the Rockies and Central regions. You will partner with local leaders to ensure every team member goes home safe and that sites meet the highest compliance, culture, and care standards.

Responsibilities include managing the HSE Management System and DOT programs, implementing policies, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; industrial hygiene or occupational safety a plus
• Willingness to travel 50-60% across Rockies and Central regions
• 5+ years of HSE experience and OSHA 30 Certification
• Experience with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and injury management

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain health, safety and environmental policies and procedures per OSHA/DOT standards.
• Collaborate with departments to align safety programs with operational needs.
• Provide safety training and information to staff.
• Support operations teams to meet HSE requirements across sites.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and improve regional safety metrics and culture.
