Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking an experienced Human Resources Team Lead to enhance our Regional HR team at the Philadelphia, PA office. This role oversees day-to-day operations, mentors HR staff, trains on LOA and exit processes, and leads recruitment and regional training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or related field is required/preferred.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SC certification is preferred.
• Minimum 12 years HR experience in professional services or similar.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, workload planning, and team leadership of the regional HR team.
• Directly supervise and mentor regional HR Partners, Coordinators, and Assistants.
• Train team on Leave of Absence, Exit Interview processes, and related tasks.
• Lead recruiting and integration of new HR team members.
• Provide support on complex ER issues for HR team members.
