Job summary

Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply in Montana is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to promote HR strategy and guide store managers across multiple locations. This role acts as the primary link between regional stores and Home Office HR teams, coaching leaders to implement MVPs, drive performance, and resolve employee relations issues within policy.

You will travel frequently, reside near a Murdoch's store in the West-Central to South-Central Montana region, and partner with HR

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources in relevant roles.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver license and a clean driving record.
• Demonstrate knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR support to leaders across multiple locations in a geographic region.
• Support managers in forecasting talent pipeline needs and development opportunities.
• Coach and guide leaders on performance, development planning, and employee relations.
• Collaborate on HR programs, policies and practices to meet business needs.
• Promote high-performance and positive employee experiences across the region.
