Haven Health Care in Mattoon, IL is seeking a proactive Regional HR Consultant to support multiple facilities across the region. You will partner with CHRO, VPO, facility leaders, BOMs, and HR teams to promote compliant, engaging HR practices and operational effectiveness.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of HR generalist experience in healthcare, with travel to facilities, strong IR skills, and proficiency with HRIS systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of HR generalist experience.
• Experience supporting multiple facilities, locations, or field-based operations.
• Healthcare setting experience required or preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR audits/compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote HR support to facilities in the region.
• Serve as primary HR contact for facility HR personnel and leaders.
• Conduct regular facility visits to assess HR compliance and employee relations.
• Assist with performance management, discipline, and investigations under CHRO guidance.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies across locations.
• Support onboarding, training, and employee development at facilities.
