The role emphasizes compliance, payroll coordination, and benefits administration within a fast-paced manufacturing support environment. You will handle pre-employment processes, maintain data integrity in HR systems, and assist with open enrollment and employee relations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor degree preferred.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Prior HRIS data entry and reporting experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and human relations skills.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruitment Specialist to execute the recruitment process and manage onsite interviews.
• Prepare pre-employment documentation, drug testing, and background checks.
• Enter and maintain employee data in HR systems (Dayforce) and ensure audit readiness.
• Support benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and wellness initiatives.
• Assist with payroll coordination, wage changes, and disciplinary documentation under guidance.
