Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership or HR management experience.
• Experience supporting large hourly employee populations.
• Background within manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven success leading recruiting initiatives and managing hiring performance metrics.
• Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression.
• Professional, collaborative leadership style working with all levels of the organization.
• Supports HR operations for approximately 1,300 employees across 17–18 locations.
• Leads a regional HR team of managers, recruiters, representatives, and coordinators.
• Reports directly to business leadership.
• Approximately 20% travel throughout the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Direct HR operations across multiple distribution and warehouse locations spanning five states.
• Partner with operational leaders to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Lead recruiting efforts for hourly and warehouse positions while ensuring hiring goals are achieved.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a regional HR team, fostering accountability and professional growth.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, leaves, workers' compensation, and compliance.
• Monitor recruiting and retention metrics to support workforce stability and business performance.
• Standardize HR processes and ensure consistency across all supported locations.
• Build strong relationships with site leadership through periodic regional travel.
• Support workforce planning initiatives and recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
