Job summary

American Oncology Network is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the GA, FL and NC region with a hybrid work arrangement. This role is based in Macon, GA, with onsite work three days a week and remote two days.

The HRBP will advise regional leaders on talent management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation while aligning with company objectives. You will collaborate with HR and practice leadership to drive workforce planning, succession, and employee engagement initiatives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, HR, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ progressive experience in Human Resources role.
• 2 years Healthcare or physician practice experience required.
• Certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day guidance on performance management, coaching and employee relations for the region.
• Collaborate with region managers and HR colleagues to deliver value-added HR programs and initiatives.
• Lead acquisitions and transitions in the region and support onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Develop relationships with colleges/universities for school affiliation and student placements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and administer HR policies across the region.
