Job summary

ASI is seeking a Regional Housing Manager for our administrative office in St Paul, MN, with a hybrid schedule. The role oversees properties nationwide, communicates with residents, and manages annual budgets per property.

The position requires experience in multi-site housing, HUD programs, and strong leadership and communication. Travel to out-of-state locations is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of multi-site housing management experience.
• Experience with HUD affordable housing and rental assistance programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse groups.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Moderate travel ability (out-of-state travel required).

Responsibilities

• Manage locations throughout the United States.
• Communicate positively and effectively with residents.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets for each property.
• Market, interview, and prepare paperwork for residents; oversee vacancies.
• Hire and oversee building staff, providing oversight and training.
• Maintain HUD records and related documentation.
