Job summary

Colwen Hotels is seeking a Regional Director of Hotel Operations to lead a portfolio of full-service properties from the Greater Boston area to New Hampshire, with regular travel across the assigned portfolio.

The role focuses on elevating food-and-beverage performance, optimizing profitability, coaching General Managers, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across rooms, dining, and events.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive multi-property hotel leadership experience.
• Significant leadership experience in complex full-service hotels with restaurant, banquet, catering and events.
• Proven track record of improving financial performance, guest satisfaction, and quality.
• Ability to coach and develop General Managers and hotel leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for an assigned portfolio of full-service hotels, ensuring consistent execution of standards.
• Drive overall financial performance by analyzing operating statements, labor costs, budgets, and key metrics.
• Oversee restaurants, bars, banquet and catering operations, and culinary leadership.
• Partner with GMs and F&B leaders to grow revenue, improve service quality, and control costs.
• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and hotel executives through site visits and reviews.
