The role requires a four-year degree and extensive leadership in hospital housekeeping, with strong financial analytics and cross-department coordination. This is an on-site leadership position with a comprehensive benefit package.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• Six years housekeeping management experience in a large hospital account.
• Multi-site account management experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data.
• Good business acumen and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and quality attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives.
• Public speaking skills.
• Ability to manage staff with a participative approach.
• Proficient with Windows-based office software (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple environmental services accounts and client relations.
• Monitor department expenditures and financial data.
• Develop and recommend the operating budget and ensure budget adherence.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other hospital departments.
• Communicate with administration and other hospital departments.
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise department functions.
• Establish work standards, workflow, and policies.
• Mentor staff and encourage education and creativity.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and achieve facility goals.
