Responsibilities include identifying community volunteer needs, coordinating assignments, promoting the volunteer program, and evaluating services while participating in QAPI activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or three years' related field experience.
• General computer skills and ability to navigate/launch programs.
• Self-manage online HR services and training.

Responsibilities

• Identifies volunteer services within the local community to meet needs.
• Meets Medicare 5% requirement for volunteer services.
• Engages communities to promote volunteer recruitment and education.
• Arranges assignment of volunteers and support to patients/caregivers.
• Provides information about hospice volunteer program to groups.
• Evaluates the volunteer program and participates in QAPI activities.
• Investigates and resolves complaints related to volunteer services.
• Conducts in-person assessments for field activity sign-off or patient care visits.
• Complies with policies and regulatory mandates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
