Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Regional Home Manager to lead home modality growth and oversee RN teams across regional clinics. You will drive patient-centered care, monitor clinical outcomes, and partner with physicians to advance home dialysis programs.

The role focuses on operational excellence, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel up to 50% in the local region and direct responsibility for regional clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR Registered Nurse License required.
• Four-six years of healthcare management experience.
• Experience with kidney dialysis and education.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Home Modality and oversee regional RN teams.
• Foster physician and surgeon relationships for home care.
• Partner with in-center teams to educate patients and support transitions to home dialysis.
• Develop region-wide plans and budgets; monitor clinical outcomes and report to leadership.
• Travel up to 50% in the local region.
