Job summary

Herman N Logistics is hiring for dedicated CDL-A solo drivers out of the Sumner, WA hub. We offer weekly home time, regional heavy-haul lanes, and a strong pay structure with base pay, loaded mileage, stop pay, and performance bonuses.

Open to both entry-level trainees and seasoned CDL-A drivers (no endorsements required). Pre-employment substance testing (hair follicle and urine) is required. Trainee pay starts at $900 weekly with a 3‑month guarantee, and drivers can earn $1,400–$1,800 weekly.

Qualifications

• Open to entry-level trainees and seasoned CDL-A drivers (zero endorsements required).
• Mandatory pre-employment substance evaluations including hair follicle analysis.
• Urine testing panels required as part of screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional heavy-haul routes originating from Sumner, WA.
• Return to Sumner hub after each route.
• Support a schedule with regular 34-hour home restarts.
• Fulfill weekend work and holiday service when the customer runs.
