Herman N Logistics is hiring dedicated CDL-A solo drivers for regional heavy-haul runs out of the Sumner, WA hub. Earn up to $1,800+ weekly with regular home time and a strong pay structure including base pay, loaded mileage, stop pay, and bonuses.

Open to entry-level trainees and seasoned CDL-A drivers; pre-employment hair follicle and urine tests required. Employees enjoy PTO, 401(k), dental and vision coverage, plus round-the-clock dispatch support.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required or pending; no endorsements needed for entry level
• Must pass pre-employment substance screening (hair follicle and urine)

Responsibilities

• Operate regional heavy-haul routes from Sumner, WA hub
• Deliver freight with home time options from once weekly to regular 34-hr restarts
• Manage timely pickups and drops with safety-compliant driving
