Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A driver for a dedicated regional account based in Ridgefield, WA. Expect strong hourly pay, overtime, and weekly home time on a regional route with consistent freight.

Earn $29.00–$30.50/hour (0–48 months) and $31.00/hour (49+ months), with an average weekly pay of about $2,100 and average annual pay around $103k–$132k depending on experience. Home weekly with a 34-hour reset.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Clean driving record and DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a dedicated regional driver on the Ridgefield, WA account.
• Haul all dry freight with 2–4 loads per week.
• Make 3–4 stops per load and unload trailers using rollers.
