Job summary

The Specialty Alliance is seeking a Regional Operations Manager based in Fairfield County, CT, with on-site presence across Bridgeport, Fairfield, Stamford, Trumbull, and Greenwich. The ROM will guide Site Supervisors, drive standard workflows, and partner with HR and leadership to implement business strategies.

You will lead monthly meetings, ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance, manage provider and staff scheduling, and oversee staffing, training, and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years clinical and/or scheduling office experience; supervisory exp required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional care centers with Site Supervisors.
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate provider schedules and coverage.
• Conduct monthly regional meetings.
• Drive process improvements and care center operations.
