Stord is the Consumer Experience Company leading brands to deliver seamless checkout through delivery and fulfillment. The Regional Manager, Health, Safety, Compliance & Loss Prevention will drive enterprise HSS standards across a defined region, building regional capability and owning outcomes.

This remote role is based out of Dallas, TX with 40-50% travel. You will lead a team of site-level safety and loss prevention professionals, ensuring OSHA/state compliance, incident investigations, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in health and safety, loss prevention, or operations compliance.
• 3+ years direct people management experience.
• Multi-site experience in 3PL, eCommerce fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Experience in loss prevention investigation, shrink management, or asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional HSS program across multiple facilities.
• Hire, onboard, and develop regional HSS professionals.
• Drive safety audits, corrective actions, and regulatory readiness.
• Oversee loss prevention strategy and investigations.
• Coordinate regional readiness for certifications like GMP/CTPAT where applicable.
