Goddard Systems, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager, Health and Safety to lead a team of regional Specialists, ensuring high standards of safety and compliance across multiple locations. You will coach teams, analyze data to reduce risk, and partner with franchisees to drive continuous improvement and safe learning environments.

The role requires strong leadership, travel up to 60%, and deep knowledge of state childcare licensing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an early childhood program, industry, or franchise operations.
• Experience influencing, enforcing, and measuring health and safety/compliance standards.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and manage multi-site portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and support Health and Safety Specialists to achieve regional goals and professional growth.
• Communicate clearly with franchisees, schools, and Regional Directors to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment and drive accountability across the region.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
• Provide oversight of health and safety training for new schools opening in the region and support franchisee training.
• Coordinate with Regional Directors to support schools and teams in achieving performance goals.
• Travel with team members to QA visits and model best practices in health and safety compliance.
