Qualifications

• Lead regional Health and Safety Specialists to ensure QA across portfolios.
• Influence franchisee compliance with health and safety standards.
• Analyze data to identify trends and reduce risk.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in complex, sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team to achieve goals and growth.
• Travel with team to QA visits and role-model best practices.
• Provide regular feedback to inspire improvement and open dialogue.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors to support schools and teams.
