Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive new business in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment. You will identify opportunities, guide prospects through the sales cycle, and demonstrate Cornerstone solutions to executives and technical buyers.

The role requires 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a proven track record of exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in 1,000-5,000 employee organizations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to demonstrate software to both technical and non-technical decision makers.
• Proficient with CRM or contact management systems and strong business acumen.
• Experience in SaaS sales, ideally at executive level.
• Expertise in solution selling and developing new business opportunities.
• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Travel 25-35%.
• Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Be a Connector: identify and engage new business opportunities within organizations with 1,000-5,000 employees.
• Own the Sales Cycle: guide prospects from initial engagement through to closing, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Showcase Solutions: conduct online product demonstrations with support from inside sales, marketing, and sales engineering resources.
• Prioritize and Deliver: meet and exceed sales targets and key management objectives.
• Build Relationships: use CRM tools to track leads and nurture ongoing relationships.
• Collaborate for Success: work with internal teams to expand the business.
• Drive Results: lead negotiations and collaborate with legal and others on contracting.
