Job summary

Novidea, an insurance technology leader, is seeking a Regional Growth Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth, market expansion, and strategic account engagement across North America and APAC. Based on the East Coast, you will execute regional go-to-market programs, collaborating with Sales, SDRs, and Product Marketing to generate opportunities and strengthen brand presence.

You will own regional campaigns across digital, social, PR, and industry channels, with travel as needed to support

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, growth marketing, or regional marketing in SaaS/Insurtech.
Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, field, and ABM channels.
Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales environments.
Strong understanding of pipeline generation, marketing attribution, and campaign ROI.

Responsibilities

Own regional marketing programs to generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities.
Execute localized campaigns across digital, social, PR, and industry channels.
Build Novidea's market presence in regional insurance/Insurtech communities.
Achieve regional marketing targets through demand generation and account engagement.
Pair with Sales to align activities with target accounts and pipeline priorities.
Collaborate with Global/Product Marketing to localize messaging and content.
