KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support growth in emerging markets. The role focuses on executing regional marketing initiatives to build brand awareness, generate leads, and bolster business development.

A strong writer and capable designer will drive content across digital and print channels, with emphasis on creativity and execution. You will collaborate with Marketing leadership, manage calendars, and coordinate with internal teams and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
2-5 years of marketing, communications, agency, or related experience preferred.
Strong organizational, research, and project management skills.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Strong graphic design capabilities across digital and print materials.
Proficiency in Canva; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
Familiarity with email marketing, HubSpot CRM, WordPress, digital advertising, and SEO tools preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Portfolio or examples of design, writing, and marketing work preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute regional marketing priorities with Marketing and regional leadership.
Develop and produce marketing content across digital and print channels.
Design branded creative using templates and brand standards.
Support SEO and content by incorporating keywords and best practices.
Support lead generation through market research, campaigns, and outreach.
Assist with proposals, RFP responses, sales presentations, and collateral.
Research PR, media, awards, sponsorships and coordinate with partners.
Support regional events including invitations, registrations, materials, and logistics.
Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables across multiple priorities.
Bring creative ideas and market insights to grow Midwest growth.
Travel may be required.
