Job summary

M/I Homes is seeking a Region Marketing Director to steer regional marketing strategy for multiple divisions in the assigned region. This leader will drive walk-in traffic, inbound calls, and new leads while aligning budgets with division goals and standardizing community-level marketing practices.

Candidate will coach division and field teams, analyze performance data, and partner with cross-functional leaders to share best practices and improve processes across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with multi-market responsibility.
• 2+ years of experience leading marketing teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with budget development, spend allocation, lead generation, and traffic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own regional marketing strategy and performance for assigned divisions.
• Establish community-level marketing standards and monitor execution.
• Develop and coordinate annual marketing budgets and get division leadership approval.
• Review and adjust marketing spend allocations and digital ad campaigns.
• Diagnose traffic trends and take corrective actions with leadership.
• Advise on marketing recommendations backed by data and performance analysis.
• Transfer best practices between divisions and coach field teams.
• Report progress on walk-in traffic, calls, and lead goals regularly.
