Job summary

Seven Executive Limited is seeking several Regional Directors to oversee established multi-site operations across key U.S. markets.

The role focuses on driving organic growth, improving commercial performance, and leading high-performing teams across mature regional businesses. Reporting into senior executive leadership, Regional Directors will manage multiple locations and General Managers, with full accountability for revenue growth, profitability, customer experience, and overall business

Qualifications

• Multi-site leadership experience within field-service, residential service, route-based, or distributed operations environments
• Responsibility for large-scale P&Ls across multiple branches, districts, or business units
• A track record of delivering sustained organic revenue growth
• Strong commercial acumen and sales leadership capability
• Experience leading and developing General Managers or branch leaders
• The ability to balance commercial performance with operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple locations and General Managers across territory with full accountability for revenue growth, profitability, customer experience and overall business performance
• Drive organic growth and improve commercial performance across established regional businesses
• Oversee strategy execution, leadership of dispersed teams, and implementation of market plans
