Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in BI, client analytics, or account management within a complex organization.
• Strong analytics with ability to present data clearly to varied audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex info into concise outputs.
• Strong client orientation with ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Lead and stakeholders with analysis, insights, and materials to enable growth strategies.
• Collaborate across functions to surface growth opportunities and inform decisions.
• Produce monthly reporting packages including renewal tracking and growth summaries.
• Compile quarterly executive reporting on Top 30 client performance for senior leadership.
• Track growth plan progress and market intelligence with accurate data delivery.
• Analyze NPS data and translate into actionable insights for teams.
• Support Account Business Plan inputs, timelines, and submission quality.
• Coordinate Client Voice program activities and report insights for actions.
• Assist Accelerate 2030 initiatives with localization and milestone tracking.
• Maintain BI routines: organic growth tracking, white space, renewal schedules.
• Contribute to Account Director onboarding and learning resources.
• Coordinate regional monthly Account Director calls and follow-up.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support for client and leadership requests.
• Collaborate with Finance on growth tracking and data quality.
• Partner with Marketing on NPS programs and translate survey outcomes.
• Coordinate HR Learning & Development initiatives and regional enablement.
• Validate client contract data and account information across systems.
• Review external stakeholder data with account teams on cadence.
