Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Graphic Designer – Regional Marketing to develop high-impact collateral that supports branch sales teams, regional campaigns, and customer requests. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to create localized flyers, event invitations, catalogs, and sales collateral, while managing a high volume of requests and ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field; portfolio required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work on PC and Mac platforms.
• 1–2 years of design experience; portfolio required.
• Portfolio showing work examples.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of preparing files for print and digital distribution.
• Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and markup not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design regional promotional flyers and localized marketing campaigns.
• Co-manage custom flyer requests with the Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing and design customer-specific flyers, catalogs, product sheets, and sales collateral.
• Create invitations and promotional materials for branch events, open houses, lunch-and-learns, and vendor demonstrations.
• Produce digital and print materials supporting regional sales initiatives.
• Create localized email graphics and supporting marketing assets.
• Design branch signage, posters, counter cards, and point-of-sale materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Sales Representatives to understand customer needs and propose creative solutions.
• Manage a high volume of ad hoc requests while balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure all regional marketing materials align with brand standards.
• Perform own copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
• Maintain organized project files and track status from request to completion.
• Support improvements to marketing request workflows and templates.
• Update customer database with contact details from prospective customers.
• Provide support for corporate marketing initiatives as workload requires.
