Qualifications

• Advanced legal degree and law training.
• Minimum 10 years in international/public law or government contracting.
• Experience with intergovernmental relations and G2G mechanisms.
• Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Bilateral Assistance Agreements and G2G mechanisms for compliance.
• Advise on policy and regulatory compliance for foreign assistance.
• Review procurement, contracts, grants, and interagency instruments.
• Provide cradle-to-grave SME support across awards and financial oversight.
• Support multiple procurements across countries with timely deliverables.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
